Ayurveda

The Ayurveda cure includes several daily treatments as well as various consultations with doctors and therapists, yoga, meditation, free use of the baths, steam baths, sauna and fitness rooms. The hotel also offers a variety of activities, such as cooking classes, workshops and excursions to the pilgrimage town of Rishikesh, in which guests can participate. The modern therapy rooms offer every conceivable comfort.

 

Location and surroundings

The resort is located at the foot of the Indian Himalayas, near the pilgrimage town of Rishikesh. You can reach it with a short  flight to Dehradun or with the train in approx. 5-6 hours from Delhi. There is also the possibility of a private transfer (approx. 7-8 hours). The Ananda is located at an altitude of 1100 m and is surrounded by lush green hills and wonderful forests.
