Ayurveda

The resort has its own team of doctors and is known for the good quality of Ayurvedic treatments. The Ayurveda area consists of more than 17 treatment rooms, some of which are open. Panchakarma, Rejuvenation Therapy, or Body Purification Therapy are offered under the direction of the experienced team of doctors and therapists. Body Purification Therapy contains elements of the classic Panchakarma treatment. It vitalizes, regenerates, and strengthens the immune system. Yoga under the palm trees complements the treatments.

Location of Resort

The Nattika Beach Resort is located in the middle of untouched landscapes in southern India north of Cochin, approximately 2 hours from the airport, directly on a lonely sandy beach. There is hardly any tourist infrastructure nearby, no restaurants or shops. In the wider area, a variety of cultural discoveries can be made, for example the elephant camp in Thrissur, a Hindu temple or one of the oldest churches in India.

There are small beach huts on the beach, each with 2 loungers and parasols. The owner family also runs the well-known Coconut Bay Beach Resort and works according to ecological principles.
